Once a job is approved and active, it's time to do the work. Here's how to stay safe, and what KidsHustle does to protect you behind the scenes.

Before you go

  • Make sure your parent knows where you're going and when.

  • Check the job details and location in the app.

  • Keep your phone charged so your location can be shared.

What's protecting you

  • Live location — your parent gets real-time GPS updates during the job, and gets an alert if you leave the job area.

  • Verified job owners — the person you're working for has passed identity verification.

  • In-app messaging — keep all communication in the app, where it's visible to your parent.

If something feels wrong

Trust your instincts. If a situation feels unsafe or someone asks you to do something outside the job, leave and tell your parent straight away. You can also report the job owner and contact support through the app.
