Parents approve every job before a teen can apply, can read all in-app messages, and control the payment account. They're in the loop at every step.

Every adult posting a job passes Stripe identity verification. There are no anonymous accounts.

All payments go through parent-linked escrow accounts, and funds are only released after a job is completed and approved.

Parents get real-time GPS during active jobs, with geofencing alerts if a teen leaves the job area. Location data is deleted after 21 days.

All job listings, images and messages are automatically scanned for anything harmful or inappropriate.
