Here's the whole process, start to finish, so you know what to expect before you begin.

1. Parents verify their identity

Before anyone can post a job, they verify who they are through Stripe. That means every job on the platform comes from a real, verified adult.

2. Teens browse local jobs

Teens see real opportunities nearby on a map — dog walking, gardening, car washing and more, all in their local area.

3. The teen requests parent approval

Before an application goes anywhere, the teen sends it to their parent for review through the family view.

4. The parent approves or denies

The parent sees the full job detail — who posted it, the location, the pay and the description — and approves or denies with one tap. No approval means no application is sent.

5. The teen does the work

The teen turns up and completes the job. Their parent can see live location during the job.

6. Payment is released

The teen marks the job complete with photos, the job owner reviews them, and payment is released from us into the parent-linked account. Simple.
