Approve or deny a job

How parents review a job their teen wants to apply for and approve or deny it.

Every job application your teen makes comes to you first. Nothing is sent to a job owner until you approve it.

Where approvals appear

When your teen applies for a job, a request appears in your family view. You'll be notified so you can review it promptly.

What you can see

You get the full job detail before deciding:

  • Who posted the job (a verified job owner).

  • The location of the work.

  • The pay for the job.

  • The full description of what's involved.

Approving or denying

With one tap you can approve — which submits your teen's application to the job owner — or deny, which stops it. If you deny, it's a good chance to talk with your teen about why. There's no pressure either way; you decide what's right for your family.
