Review completed work and release payment

How job owners review a teen's completion photos and approve or deny the work.

When a teen finishes your job, they mark it complete with photos. You then review the work and decide whether to approve it, which releases payment.

Reviewing the work

You'll be notified when a job is marked complete and its status moves to pending review. Open it to see the photos the teen submitted showing the finished work.

Approve or deny

  • Approve — if the work is done properly, approving releases the payment from escrow to the teen's parent-linked account.

  • Deny — if the work genuinely isn't finished or there's a problem, you can deny. The job then moves to a review stage where support can help resolve it fairly.

Be prompt and fair

Teens rely on timely approvals to get paid, so review as soon as you can. Only deny for genuine issues — the dispute process is there for real problems, not minor preferences.
