You can browse each applicant's profile before deciding. Look at:
Their reviews and star ratings from previous jobs.
Their work record — how many jobs they've completed.
Their profile — a little about who they are.
Making your choice
When you choose an applicant, the job moves to active and you can arrange the details through in-app messaging. Remember these messages are visible to the teen's parent, which keeps everything transparent.
Being fair
Many applicants are just starting out and building their reputation. A clear description and a fair choice help the whole community — and reliable teens will keep coming back to work for you.
