Every parent who posts a job on KidsHustle must verify their identity through Stripe before they can interact with any teen. This is one of the platform's most important safety features.
Why verification is required
Other parents are trusting the platform with their children. Identity verification means there are no anonymous job posters — every job comes from a real, confirmed person. There are no exceptions to this.
How it works
KidsHustle uses Stripe Identity. You'll be guided through Stripe's secure process, which typically involves providing a photo of an official ID document and sometimes a selfie to confirm it's you. Your documents are handled by Stripe, not stored by KidsHustle directly.
After you're verified
Once Stripe confirms your identity, you can post jobs and interact with applicants. Verification can also unlock trust signals that reassure teens and parents you're the real deal.
